What we collect
When you submit a form (contact, assessment booking, newsletter, calculator report), we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, phone, your message, and your stated pain area or product interest.
We capture page context (site, page path, and marketing attribution such as UTM parameters) to understand how you found us. Analytics run only after you accept cookies, and we do not place personal information in URLs or analytics payloads.
Our site chat is operated by Kloudial, our AI voice and chat platform. The assistant identifies itself as AI. Conversation context needed to serve your enquiry (such as your email, if you leave a message) is handled per this policy; transcripts stay with the chat platform unless you ask us to follow up by email.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you request, send email you consented to receive, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.
Email addresses submitted with express consent are used for the newsletter or lead magnets you chose. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address.
Legal basis and compliance
We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA (Canada) and align with GDPR principles for visitors from the EU. CASL governs our commercial electronic messages: we require express consent, keep consent records (timestamp, form, and version of consent text), and honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
Retention, storage, and your rights
Lead data is retained only as long as needed to serve the relationship or as law requires. Consent records are retained as proof of permission. Client workloads and production systems remain in Canada; our marketing and site infrastructure is provided by US-headquartered processors (including our CRM, email delivery, rate-limiting cache, and analytics vendors), which host, process, and may transfer data in the course of providing the service under contractual safeguards. Where a client engagement requires Canadian data residency for client data, we scope that at contract time and host accordingly.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdrawal of consent at any time, by emailing hello@kloudlyn.ai. We respond within 30 days.
