Our site chat is an AI assistant powered by Kloudial, our own voice and chat AI platform. It identifies itself as AI. The site itself is the product demo.
A human is always one step away: chat offers one-click escalation to a person, and our phone line reaches decision-makers, never a call center.
Our AI principles
AI assists, humans decide. Escalations, exceptions, and approvals stay with humans. AI agents disclose themselves as AI to the people they interact with.
Where law prohibits AI closing (for example, certain regulated sales), our workflows are compliance-aware: AI qualifies and captures consent; humans close.
Data handling in AI features
Conversations with our AI assistant stay with the chat platform and are used to serve your enquiry; we do not copy full transcripts into our CRM. If you leave contact details through chat, they are handled per our Privacy Policy (PIPEDA-aware, with PII minimization).
