Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition for our AI-driven products. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing in the tech industry, particularly AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our AI solutions, aligning with company goals and target markets.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring our messaging reflects innovation and trust.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and website copy, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the AI industry.
- Event Management: Plan and execute participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our technology and thought leadership.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to understand technical capabilities and translate them into customer-focused marketing messages.
Must Have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a tech or AI-focused company. B2B and/or B2C experience preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Familiarity with the AI industry and its key players.
- Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
